Ryan Ross was born in Reston, Virginia and grew up in Chantilly, Virginia for 15 years. He now lives in Germantown, Maryland where he spends most of his time writing and recording new songs for his fans to enjoy. Instead of following traditional norms, Ryan Ross fought authority every step of the way, and giving up on his dreams was never an option. Since 13, Ryan has been writing, rapping, singing, and living life to the fullest with no ears for haters alike. He prides him self on pushing the envelope and opening new doors in his fan's and followers minds. With a fresh outlook on life, determination, and skill, Ryan Ross is getting the attention of many artists and promoters that he certainly deserves. He recently released a song titled "I'm Taking Off," and submitted it to Coast2Coast mixtapes as an entry for a competition. He quickly climbed the charts to top ten and has received many accolades for his performances. Ryan Ross will be releasing a new mixtape on Datpiff.com titled "Basement Dreams," on January 16th, 2012. It is no coincidence that Ryan is getting recognized for his talents and is an artist to watch for in 2012. Basement Dreams is a mixtape dedicated to those like Ryan Ross, people who have a dream and are pursuing it with no regards for those who say those famous words like, "you can't, you won't, or you never will." He believes in the power of believing in your self, and with that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
