Jamel Jennings, (born August 11,1986)
Better known by his fans as, J Star. Born and raised on the means streets of Saint Louis Mo, J -Star decided at a young age he preferred rapping over hang out in the streets, but J-star has taken the high road. He is working fulltime to brand himself as a new pop entertainer Artist. Over the past few years J-Star has worked diligently, performing at local talent shows and many show cases throughout the Midwest, which has afforded him a very nice fan base.
J- Star was most recently introduced to and agreed to work with Angela “Boss Lady” Richardson of Tha Nod Factor Records, who acted as management for platinum selling Rap Artist “ Huey” whose song, Pop Lock and Drop It, hit the top of the Billboard Chart and sold over & 7 Million ringtones and had over 20 million YouTube views. With the management team of Tha Nod Factor Records currently working J-Star project with his single, “Do Da Diddy On Em” we are sure he will be recognized as 2011 New Pop Artist of the year!
